Edward
Contini, M.B.A., is a seasoned management consultant and successful
business executive.
Ed has 20 years experience in Senior Management and Management Consulting.
His work has spanned strategic planning and implementation, organization
development and team building, business development, marketing and
market research. He has provided executive leadership in both private
and public sector organizations ranging in size from 12 to 4,000 employees,
with $500,000 to $400 million in annual revenues.
A masterful communicator and facilitator, colleagues and clients alike
know Ed to be at his best in dissecting complex and sometimes fragmented
organizational issues, and in developing integrated, seamless solutions.
Ed works closely with clients to first identify their "critical few"
success factors. He then assists in executing a full spectrum of management
initiatives with the singularity of focus necessary for success in
highly competitive markets.
Ed's professional training has included course work in Demming Continuous
Process Improvement, the Juran Institute program in Total Quality
Management, and attendance at the Tom Peters "Skunk Camp".
Ed has been a member of the adjunct faculty at the University of San
Francisco and Saint Mary's College where he taught Graduate and Undergraduate
courses in organization development and leadership, strategic planning,
and operations research. |
